McCarthys was engaged with the end user client through a negotiated tender process to deliver a full turnkey fit-out of their new headquarters on the outskirts of Coventry. The project required interior scope, space planning, material selection, and budget alignment.

Following design sign-off, McCarthys completed the full CAT A and B fit-out, incorporating mechanical and electrical systems, external works, and car park construction. It combined high-quality finishes with functional workspace planning to support the client’s operational needs.
