McCarthys acts as principal contractor on a bespoke framework agreement delivering fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects for Teamsport’s indoor karting venues.
Projects convert vacant industrial warehouses and commercial spaces into fully functional, large indoor karting tracks with associated hospitality facilities. Works include demolition, strip out, building modifications, CAT A and B fit-out, complete mechanical and electrical design and installation, mezzanine construction and commercial kitchen and bar fit-outs.
McCarthys manages all contracted works under CDM regulations, coordinating design, delivery and installation to strict timeframes across multiple sites. The framework enables rapid delivery of high-quality, consistent venues for Teamsport’s expanding network.
Outcomes:
- Delivery of multiple high-spec indoor karting and hospitality venues across the UK & Europe
- Full coordination of M&E, structural, fit-out, and hospitality elements under one principal contractor
- Long-term framework for consistent delivery across multiple projects
We have worked with Teamsport in partnership for 15+ years, building fitout and budget pack to ease reviewing new sites and fast track fitting out to create new leisure facilities across the UK and into Europe.
