M6 Toll

McCarthys delivered a Cat B fit-out across two floors of an open-plan office for the M6 Toll Operations Centre.

Works included partitions, ceilings, M&E, new fire curtains to meet current regulations, glazed screens, flooring, painting and decoration, and the creation of multiple kitchen, breakout and amenity spaces. The project also incorporated meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception areas, private phone booths, and individual desk spaces. 

All undertaken within a live operational environment, ensuring the M6 Toll remained fully functional at all times. McCarthys provided early access to completed areas to aid soft landings and accelerate the return of staff to the refurbished control centre.

Outcomes:
