Nettex

McCarthys was appointed to construct a major extension to the existing Nettex manufacturing facility, expanding the company’s production capacity and operational efficiency.

The new extension was located to the north of the existing buildings, connecting seamlessly to the taller section of the current structure and running parallel with Watery Lane. The 619 m² extension was fully dedicated to manufacturing operations.

In addition, a new canopy structure was installed over the vehicle access doors to create a sheltered loading and unloading area, covering a further 156 m². External works included the formation of 30 new car parking spaces to support the expanded facility.
