Stratford-upon-Avon College

Block F refurb – Redevelopment of their Stratford-upon-Avon College Campus in order to consolidate their current assets and reduce the size of their overall estate.

The intended works include a mix of demolition, refurbishment and MEP upgrades, across a number of different phases and contracts. Design and Refurbishment of Block F, including localised internal reconfiguration, replacement finishes, new MEP systems, roofing works, and installation of a new façade where Block E has been removed and demolished by others.
